ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission Overview
Step1) Inquiry and Counseling: Prospective parents can visit the school campus or contact our admission office for detailed
information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular activities.
Step2) Registration: Interested parents are required to fill out the admission form available at the school office or on our
official website.
Step3) Interaction and Assessment: Depending on the grade level, an interaction or assessment may be conducted to understand
the child’s aptitude and interests.
Step4) Admission Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the assessment, parents will be notified of the admission status.
Once the necessary documents and fees are submitted, the admission will be confirmed.
Admission Procedure
*At Millennium World School, Kairon Patti, we ensure a transparent and efficient admission process designed to help parents and students smoothly transition into our educational community. Our admission procedure is as follows:
Step1) Inquiry and Counseling: Parents can visit the school campus or contact us via phone/email to inquire about the admission process, curriculum, facilities, and other details. Our counselors are always available to answer queries and provide guidance.
Step2) Filling the Inquiry Form: Parents must fill out an Inquiry Form available at the school office or online. This form helps us understand the student's profile and preferences
Step3) Registration After completing the Inquiry Form: Parents can proceed with the registration process. Registration forms are available at the school’s front office or can be downloaded from the school website. A nominal registration fee is applicable.
Step4) Interaction/Assessment For specific grades, an interaction session with the child and parents or an assessment test may be conducted. This helps us understand the child’s learning needs and ensure a suitable educational experience.
Step5) Admission Confirmation Based on the successful completion of the interaction or assessment, parents will be notified of the admission status. Upon confirmation, the necessary documents and admission fee must be submitted to complete the process.
Step6) Fee Payment and Documentation Parents must submit the required documents (birth certificate, previous school reports, photographs, etc.) and complete the fee payment process as per the school’s guidelines.
Step7) Orientation Session Once the admission is confirmed, parents and students will be invited to an orientation session to familiarize them with the school's ethos, policies, and facilities.

Eligibility Criteria
* Admission is open for DR to Grade 8.
* Age criteria as per the school’s guidelines must be met for each grade level.
SCHOOL RULES
* Parents or any other person should not visit the classes or meet the teachers during school hours without prior permission of the principal. They should come during the visiting hours only
* Students should not remain absent from school without permission
* Students should be regular and punctual in attending the school
* Students will not be sent home before time except on a written request from the parents. The permission may be granted by the principal only for very special reasons
* No books, periodicals, comics etc. should be brought to the school without the approval of the principal. Mobile or any other instruments or items can be confiscated.
* It is suggested that student should not bring money, valuables, Jewellery etc. The school will not be responsible on their loss
* While leaving the classrooms, the lights and fans must be switched off
* Transport is just a facility and school tries its best to provide uninterruptible services but does not guarantee it regularity always. In case school is unable to provide such services, parents should send their ward at their own conveyance.
FEE STRUCTURE
1) All fees (Tuition, Development, Sports, Computer, Laboratory, Transport, Extra co-curricular activities etc.) will be charged on Quarter Basis
2) MILLENNIUM WORLD SCHOOL is no profit no loss school and intends to recover maximum operating cost. Fees curriculum is made such that no burden of educating the student should be felt by the parent. Fees is affordable for parents.
3) All fees must be paid before or on the date mentioned in the fee card.
